{ Art Journal + 30 Things 30 Day Challenge 30天30件事 Aug 18 ~ 22, 2014 }
My Art Journal and part of my 30 Watercolor 30 Day Challenge
The watercolor paper I'm using is from Canson 200g watercolor pad. I cut them to the right size for the journal. I use the leftover to make watercolor bookmarks/stickers/mini-booklets. (Will blog about them later.)
The 30 Watercolor 30 Day Challenge is my 2nd 30 Things 30 Day Challenge. I do the 30T30D Challenge to 1) Learn / try new things. 2) Practice some of the newly acquired skills. 3) Force me and my brain to do things differently. 4) Conquer some of my fears. This is a  new  idea I got when doing a brainstorming for potential 30T30D ideas. Why not use this opportunity to conquer some of my fears? Obviously I would not be able to conquer 30 fears in just 30 days. But it will be a good start! So going to write up a list of other 30T30D ideas and my  "fears" list. Take CAre :D

{ My 30 Things 30 Days ~ Rubber Stamp 30天30件事 ~ 手作橡皮章, Aug 2014 }
I finished my 2nd 30 Rubber Stamps 30 Days in August 2014. As a part of my 101 Goals, I set the goal to learn 1 new thing every 30 days. One of the new things is to learn how to make rubber stamp. I really do enjoy making things with my hands since I spent so much of my day on computer nowadays. It is like doing meditation. :D I hope to be able to do more detailed and delicate stamps one day.
Most of the stamp images come from a book by Haru, a Taiwan artist.
The rubber I used are from Daiso. These are NOT good quality rubber to make detailed stamps but they're sufficient for my practice purpose. 
30天30件事 (我的101目標的一部分) : 每30天學習1個新的東西。2014年八月完成了第2個"30天30個橡皮章"目標。我喜歡用雙手來造的東西,像做冥想一樣。希望有天能做更細緻的橡皮章。
大部分橡皮章的圖像來自Haru 
我用的是大創橡膠,用它們來練習就可以了。

{ My 101 Goals 1001 Days Week#4 ~ Aug 4 - Aug 10, 2014 }

My 101 Goals Weeks #4 update.
Looking at my health track list:
  • August 2014 is my 1st No Candy Month, I'm doing Ok with this since I actually ate candy on a day when I had a really late lunch. 
  • I'm good with doing exercise, oil, grateful journal, taking vitamin. \(@0@)/ YEah for me!
  • I did OK on doing meditation, eating fruit, but can do better in the coming weeks. 
  • I'm still having problems with: taking chinese medicine, cooking, and Green Monday. (I missed it again today... )    
    • Chinese medicine: I know it is essential to see my chinese medicine doctor regularly but I'm just not motivated to do it. Have to find a way to fit this into my system.
    • Green Monday: Really really to to write it down onto my schedule so I will remember it.... -_-

My other 101 Goals:
  • 1st No Candy Month - August 2014.
  • Submitted work for a competition in July. 
  • Watched Ted Videos and love it! I did watch Ted before but now I made sure to spend around 30 minutes every week on topics that I'm interested in or on topics that I know nothing about. 
  • I went to watch Only Lovers Left Alive and I LOVE IT! :D
  • Still working on my historical sites Hong Kong List.
  • Still working on my Emergency ID Bag, need to put C's things into it as well.
  • Still going through the closets to clear out clothes for donation.
  • Still working on my 30 Rubber Stamps 30 Days Project. 
This Week I would focus on:
  • Finish my 30 Rubber Stamps 30 Day Project. 
  • Finish my MS submission.
  • Finish 1 design freelance job.
  • Astine Product Brainstorm.
  • Working on my portfolio.
  • Look up new dishes to cook.
  • Continue my No Candy Month & eat more fruit.
