{ My 101 Goals 1001 Days Week#1 ~ July 14-20, 2014 }

I started my 101 Goals in 1001 Days on July 14, 2014. For the 1st week, I focused on my health related goals. (Refer to my Health page) I would love to build these goals into habits.
Looking at my health track list:

  • I'm good with doing exercise, oil, grateful journal, taking vitamin. \(@0@)/ YEah! Keep up the good work! 
  • However I did poorly on doing meditation, eating fruit, taking chinese medicine and I completely missed 2 Green Mondays! /@_@\ So I decided to make the following adjustments to my routine:
    • Meditation: Meditate right after I finish writing my grateful journal in the morning.
    • Fruit: Instead of eating fruit for 5 times in a week. I'm now making it into eating fruit and or drinking real fruit juice 3 times in a week. 
    • Chinese medicine: Instead of seeing my chinese medicine doctor on Tuesday, I will try to make it on Saturday.
    • Green Monday
      • 1st: Set reminder on schedule about Green Monday (I honestly forgot all about it today...) 
      • 2nd: Write a Health Weekly Routine Plan and stick it to my schedule dashboard.
      • 3rd: Look up veggi dishes to cook this week so I can prepare for the next Green Monday.

I'm hoping these adjustments will make the goals easier.  Honestly I'm not even sure if people are "allowed" to make changes to their 101 Goals, but since they're my goals and that I would like to make them work for me. I am changing them. Comment below if you have tips about how to make goals or habits work.

  • 做得好的目標: 做運動,做油拔法,寫感恩日記,服用維生素。 \(@0@)/ 
  • 表現不佳的目標: 做冥想,吃水果,吃中藥 + 我完全錯過了2 次綠色星期一!/@_@\ 所以我決定調整一下我的routine:
    • 冥想:我在上午寫完感恩日記之後冥想。
    • 水果:不在一個星期吃5次水果。現在變成一個星期吃水果或喝真正的果汁3次。
    • 吃中藥:我會盡量在星期六去拜訪我的中醫生。
    • 綠色星期一:
      • 1:手機設置關於綠色星期一的提醒(今天我老老實實地全忘了...)
      • 2:寫一個健康周計劃,貼在我的日程板上。
      • 3:尋找素菜食譜,為下一個綠色星期一做準備。
我希望調整一下使這些目標更容易完成。老實說,我什至不知道人們是否“允許”更改自己的101目標,但因為這些是我的目標,為我的健康我會調整一下它。

{ What I Made ~ Masking Tape Sticker 紙膠帶貼紙 } 
Masking tape stickers I made with all the beautiful masking tapes that I have.
Things needed: Masking tapes of your choice + blank label sheet. 需要的東西:你喜歡的紙膠帶+空白label 紙。
  • Stick them onto the blank label sheet. 貼你喜歡的紙膠帶在label 紙上。
  • Carefully cut them out. 仔細把它們剪下來。
  • Organize them in small portable boxes so you can take them out to play. :D 將它們帶出去玩。:D
